At Sethi Watch Company, we make returns and exchanges simple and cost-free!
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
- Email care@sethiwatch.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Our customer care team will schedule a free pickup from your location.
Return & Refund Process
- Once received, the product undergoes a quality check to ensure it is unused and undamaged.
- If approved, we initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via RTGS/NEFT, and customers must provide bank details as per our format.
Return Guidelines
- The product must be in its original condition, with no scratches, marks, or dents.
- Security tags, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging (including hang tags) must be intact.
- Tampered products (e.g., resized straps, removed casing) will not be eligible for returns.
- Exchanges are not applicable on accessories and smartwatches.
- If a product fails our quality check, it will be returned to you on a 'to pay' basis.
Important Notes
- If an exchange requires an additional payment, the customer must cover the difference.
- Any disputes will be settled by refunding the order amount only, subject to our quality check.
- Important: When receiving a damaged product or defect, you must record a video showing the condition of the item upon delivery and share it with us to prove the defect or damage.
- Policy Updates: Sethi Watch reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
