Cancellation Policy

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Once a product has been shipped, Sethi Watch Company does not offer return, exchange, or refund options.

Order Cancellation or Exchange Before Shipment
Orders can only be cancelled or exchanged before they are shipped.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the same account used for the original payment.
For exchanges, any additional amount due must be paid by the customer.
Note: The exchange policy does not apply to accessories purchased from our online store.

No Refund for Price Changes
Refunds will not be issued due to any change in price at any time.
