Traditionally, after 5 p.m., when it's cocktail hour and time to discuss matters, "Nomunication hour," a combination of nomu (drink) and communication, occurs. This Japanese custom served as the inspiration for the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time line, which has timepieces named after cocktails created by Hisashi Kishi, head bartender at Star Bar in Tokyo's Ginza neighborhood.
